Overview-This is ideal to operate small
engines, from 45 to 55hp. Unit stands about 5'x2', with a 1'x2' filter.
Starts up in 10 minutes and can use any biomass fuel. Modular design
allows for the easy replacement of broken or worn out parts.
Uses- Operate
gasoline engines ( for pumps, generators, welders, compressors, etc.)
- Boilers
- Kilns
or ovens
- Vehicles, with 55hp or less
Features- The
EG50 is very easy to setup and operate. Setup time is about 15 minutes,
which includes unpacking, and attaching hoses. Unit comes with a setup
and operation manual.
- Easy Startup. Startup procedure: 1) turn

- They are based on the time tested FEMA gasifier
design, which has been made modular, so if pieces wear out, break, or
otherwise need to be replaced, they can be ordered separately. See
gasifier parts for a list of parts.
- Three types of filtration give high flow and
high quality gas. An organic filter, fiberglass filter, and oiled foam
filter are used to capture tar and particles. The fiberglass and foam
filters can be cleaned and reused. The filters can also be used as fuel
when they are too fowled or wear out. See gasifier parts for new
filters.
- Uses a 20" firetube to give the optimal gas output for 45-55hp engines.
- Any organic based fuel can be used, including:
wood chips, wood pellets, food scrapes, plastics. Fuel must be smaller
than 2"x2"x2" cube. Never put metal, glass or ceramic into the gasifier.
