Overview-This gasifier kit is ideal for someone that wants to do-it-yourself. It offers almost all pieces necessary to build a gasifier that is able to operate small engines, from 5 to 10hp. This gives significant savings over a complete gasifier and saves money on shipping.

• Operate gasoline engines (for pumps, generators, welders, compressors, etc.)

• Gasifier housing ports
• Dirty gas port
• Ash clean out port
• Ignition port
• Shaker arm port
• Fire Tube.
• 6"x18", inside diameter with 2" restriction on bottom. The wall is 1/4" thick steel, 12x112x1/4" top plate
• Grating
• 1" thick refractory by 9" outer diameter "bowl". Also has 3 mounting holes around rim.
• Precut chain to hold up grating
• Shaker arm, to attach to grating and shake out ash
• Filter
• Filter housing. A new metal 5 gallon container.
• Filter layers, for triple protection
• Organic phase grating
• Fiberglass filter
• Oiled foam
• Carburetor
• 3/4" air mix and shutoff valve
• 3/4" idle and shutoff valve
• Oiled foam air filter
• Miscellaneous
• 3" duct to connect gasifier and filter

Buyer Provided

• Gasifier housing. Typically a 30 gallon steel drum which has been sand blasted. Can also be a 55 gallon drum.
•  Fuel hopper. Can be a 30 gallon trash can, 55 gallon drum, or similar.
• Fan to start gasifier. Typically a shop-vac, or similar.
• Labor. A welder and basic shop tools are required.
