Overview-This system comes with a new, electric start, 18kW generator that has been paired with the correctly sized EG series gasifier. The generator also retains the ability to operate on gasoline.

Features

• The 18kW Gasifier Power System is very easy to setup and operate. Setup time is about 1 hour, which includes unpacking. Unit comes with a setup and operation manual.
• Easy Startup. Startup in 10 minutes.
  
• Two types of filtration give high flow and high quality gas. An organic filter, and oiled foam filter are used to capture particles. The foam filters can be cleaned and reused. The filters can also be used as fuel when they are too fowled or wear out.
  
• Engine wear is similar to propane or natural gas powered engines.*
  
• Any organic based fuel can be used, including: wood chips, wood pellets, food scrapes, plastics, animal waste, crop waste, etc. Fuel must be smaller than 2"x2"x2" cube and less than 20% moisture content. (Never put metal, glass or ceramic into the gasifier).
• Fuel consumption is estimated at 90-125lbs per hour.
  
• Limited Warranty: The rotor, stator and other electrical components are covered by a 2 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase. The 1 year limited warranty on the engine is covered separately by the engine manufacturer.

Options

• Need a chipper? Add on one that can handle up to 2" or 3" branches. See above options.

Estimated shipping cost in the continental US is $450. This item weighs about 650lbs. Please take this into consideration for the delivery of the item. We can also ship internationally by sea.
